About
Elevating Grace Foundation, INC is designed to improve the transition into adulthood for
children ages 13 to 18 adolescents. To be successful upon departure from care, each youth will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills (i.e. self-care, self resilience and life skills) based on their individual needs. Elevating Grace Foundation’s goal is to
equip individuals to become mentally strong, financially independent and spiritually enlightened.
